Air Duct Cleaning Built for Salt Lake County Homes
We run Brightpath Home from our base at 5025 Highland Dr in Holladay, providing air duct cleaning across Holladay Village, Mount Olympus, and Cottonwood neighborhoods as well as nearby Cottonwood Heights, Millcreek, and Salt Lake City. Our crews know the older brick and mid-century homes common in these areas, where narrow crawl spaces and long trunk lines collect fine dust from the semi-arid climate.
Hot summers and cold snowy winters drive the work here. Once winter temperatures drop, furnaces run longer and pull more airborne particles through the ducts, while spring melt and summer dryness stir up pollen and soil that settles in returns. We schedule around those seasonal shifts so residents in Olympus Hills Park and Holladay City Park neighborhoods get service when their systems need it most.
Our team stays available 24/7 so homeowners in Salt Lake County can reach us any time a filter change or full cleaning is required, and we keep every job grounded in the actual layout and age of local housing stock rather than one-size-fits-all methods.
- We map every trunk line and branch run to the specific floor plans found in Mount Olympus and Holladay Village homes.
- Our equipment handles the extra load from winter furnace use without disturbing insulation in older Salt Lake County attics.
- We time visits around the shift from hot, dry summers to cold, snowy winters so filters and coils stay clear year-round.
- Service reaches Cottonwood Heights, Millcreek, and Salt Lake City the same day when homeowners call our 24/7 line.
- Every crew works from our Highland Drive location, keeping travel short and response times tight for the entire Holladay area.
